About this studio

Barry’s is a 55-minute cardio and strength-building workout designed to help your body burn up to 1,000 calories thanks to their carefully crafted program that is as effective as it is fun. Their clients spend up to 25 minutes running on the treadmill and up to 25 minutes doing strength training, broken into rounds.

How to prepare

Please note that Barry's sometimes has to change their instructors. In order to remain updated, please make sure you subscribe to the Barry's newsletter in your Barry's Bootcamp account. If this is your first time taking a class at Barry's Bootcamp, you now have an account with their website! If you want access your account, go to www.barrysbootcamp.com, click on "Sign In" then "Forgot your password?" A password reset email will be sent to the email address you used to reserve!

How to get there

You must be physically present 5 minutes prior to the start of class or your spot will be given away to waitlisted clients and you will be charged for the class.

Justin is my favorite Barry’s instructor I’ve taken!! Very inspirational and pushes you to challenge yourself. Runs class really smoothly so you don’t have time to stop or feel tired and he demonstrates all the exercises on the floor so you’re never lost. He’s a huge fan of fast runs on tread though so if you’re new, you might want to take another instructor first.

Great class! Time just flew by. I didn’t, however, find it “killed” me as much as I was expecting a Barry’s class to, and definitely don’t think I burned anything near the claimed “up to 1,000 calories.” Maybe because it was the ab day? Either way, great instructor and great vibe.

It was a hard class, but I don’t really understand the hype for Barry’s. I would be interested to try the full body workout. Also the facility is amazing and luxurious.

Music was very loud (crackling through the speakers), aggressive, and poorly timed to the segments. Treadmill sequences seemed like an afterthought. I miss Gina!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
