Coach Q is great as usual ! New variations kept the workout fun. Fun playlist

Classes are great. Locker rooms need to be better maintained.
Abs (55 Minutes) with Justin
Amazing challenge! Pushed my limits
Chest, Back & Abs (55 Minutes) with Gina
8.5-10.5 is a sprint, not a “base run.” The girl next to me almost fell off her treadmill trying to keep up with the unrealistic instructions. If anybody should have to modify for their level, it should be the advanced students who are more likely to know how. Such irresponsible training.

So much fun and energy!

Very disappointed with this class. It was disorganized and extremely difficult to follow. This class is mostly just running on a treadmill, which you can do at any gym. The solo instructor seemed to be leading two groups at the same time, and made no effort to help anyone that seemed to be unclear about the exercise routines or doing them improperly. Most people in the class just seemed to be doing their own thing. There’s also an expectation that you know several yoga poses as a means of stretching. Again, if you don’t know them, you will be lost as no guidance will he given. Would highly recommend Barry’s put a support staffer in the room to assist. With multiple people manning the juice bar and check in (best part of the experience btw) you’d think they could spare the personnel to ensure the main client experience is a good one. 2 stars cuz the check in peeps were friendly and locker room was nice (albeit small). Not worth the incredibly high 14 Classpass credits to attend.

My legs are so sore it was so worth the workout!
Butt & Legs (55 Minutes) with Quintin
Big class and nice props compared to the one in SF, however I did not enjoy the class. The choreography was weird and confusing so I wasn’t able to get the most out of the workout. The instructor was also inconsistent with timing and countdowns. Playlist was just ok, could be much better. Overall felt like I wasted my credits as it wasn’t a productive workout. SF’s Barry’s is definitely a lot better and motivating

Amazing workout! Mark is fantastic. Recommend to all fitness levels for the perfect morning boost.
