About this studio

Barry’s is an hour-long cardio and strength-building workout designed to help your body burn up to 1,000 calories thanks to their carefully crafted program that is as effective as it is fun. Their clients spend 25-30 minutes running on the treadmill and 25-30 minutes doing strength training, broken into rounds.

How to prepare

Please note that Barry's sometimes has to change their instructors. In order to remain updated, please make sure you subscribe to the Barry's newsletter in your Barry's Bootcamp account. If this is your first time taking a class at Barry's Bootcamp, you now have an account with their website! If you want access your account, go to www.barrysbootcamp.com, click on "Sign In" then "Forgot your password?" A password reset email will be sent to the email address you used to reserve!

How to get there

You must be physically present 5 minutes prior to the start of class or your spot will be given away to waitlisted clients and you will be charged for the class.

I like the work out here, but the place is not very sanitary. Machines and benches are shared so that they can maximize how many people are in the class, so, ultimately you are sweating greatly all over something that you are sharing with a stranger who is also sweating all over. Imagine laying on a bench drenched in sweat without being wiped down. 4 different times. Its so dimly lit too that people dont think about it. This place is disgusting. The work out is great.

I dont get the allure of Barrys. Instructor does not remotely correct form and just tells instructions. Could not see instructor demonstrate exercises at all and was unhelpful when asked for help. Its a good workout but honestly having an app yell instructions would be as effective and cheap!!

What is ClassPass?
