About this studio

Barry’s is an hour-long cardio and strength-building workout designed to help your body burn up to 1,000 calories thanks to their carefully crafted program that is as effective as it is fun. Their clients spend 25-30 minutes running on the treadmill and 25-30 minutes doing strength training, broken into rounds.

How to prepare

Please note that Barry's sometimes has to change their instructors. In order to remain updated, please make sure you subscribe to the Barry's newsletter in your Barry's Bootcamp account. If this is your first time taking a class at Barry's Bootcamp, you now have an account with their website! If you want access your account, go to www.barrysbootcamp.com, click on "Sign In" then "Forgot your password?" A password reset email will be sent to the email address you used to reserve!

How to get there

You must be physically present 5 minutes prior to the start of class or your spot will be given away to waitlisted clients and you will be charged for the class.

Full Body with Dan
Sweaty!! The class moves at a good pace so time flies. And the running was hard but I never felt like I could not continue or keep up. The instructor keeps a close eye on everyones form also. Dont be afraid to use lighter weights (even though the typical Barrys goer is a former competitive athlete). I was not intimidated at all.

Alec was great! Tough workout, heavy weight round , clear instructions and saw him fix form for people in the class. All the lockers here are still broken, they don't seem to care about maintenance of their studio.

A bit strange today. The instructors timing was off, he had the treadmill side wait at the start of each round until the floor instructions were complete, so basically wasting 4 minutes while other instructors will queue tread instructions first and have people running. Also in the middle of class he had a total meltdown about people not following instructions. Chill, dude.
