About this studio

Barry’s is an hour-long cardio and strength-building workout designed to help your body burn up to 1,000 calories thanks to their carefully crafted program that is as effective as it is fun. Their clients spend 25-30 minutes running on the treadmill and 25-30 minutes doing strength training, broken into rounds. 310 607 9722

How to prepare

Please note that Barry's sometimes has to change their instructors. In order to remain updated, please make sure you subscribe to the Barry's newsletter in your Barry's Bootcamp account. If this is your first time taking a class at Barry's Bootcamp, you now have an account with their website! If you want to access your account, go to, click on "Sign In" then " Forgot your password?" A password reset email will be sent to the email address you used to reserve!

How to get there

Barry's Bootcamp is located at 700-B Allied Way Suite B5.02 You must be physically present 5 minutes prior to the start of class or your spot will be given away to waitlisted clients and you will be charged for the class.

Studio was clean and welcoming but once class started, I was pretty lost. There was limited space on the floor and I couldn't see the instructor to follow the moves and it was hard to get heavier weights once the class started. I wasn't sure how to pace myself with the cardio portion as the instructor was just shouting out numbers. Its something that I could probably adapt to as I become more familiar with the studio but I wouldn't recommend for beginners

Wasn’t the hardest one I’ve been to! Would definitely go again!

The music was really loud and it was sometimes hard to hear the instructor. He didn’t really demonstrate the floor exercises very well. At the end we were stretching and it was pitch black so it was hard to see what to do.

Absolutely love Andrew! But there is something wrong with the sound system here (too loud). I’ve been going to Barry’s for 2.5+ years and know it’s supposed to be loud, but Andrew and other instructors who also teach at Venice don’t have the sound issue there. Please recalibrate the sound system at south bay!

What is ClassPass?
