About this studio

Barry’s is an hour-long cardio and strength-building workout designed to help your body burn up to 1,000 calories thanks to their carefully crafted program that is as effective as it is fun. Their clients spend 25-30 minutes running on the treadmill and 25-30 minutes doing strength training, broken into rounds.

How to prepare

Please note that Barry's sometimes has to change their instructors. In order to remain updated, please make sure you subscribe to the Barry's newsletter in your Barry's Bootcamp account. If this is your first time taking a class at Barry's Bootcamp, you now have an account with their website! If you want access your account, go to www.barrysbootcamp.com, click on "Sign In" then "Forgot your password?" A password reset email will be sent to the email address you used to reserve!

How to get there

You must be physically present 5 minutes prior to the start of class or your spot will be given away to waitlisted clients and you will be charged for the class.

It was hard I was confused for the first 20 mins lol on following the floor workouts but it was great and challenging. Thought the instructor was great (the 2 secs of the goofy movie song was gr8 pls play it next time)

Tony’s my least favorite instructor here. He gives confusing direction and gets nasty when people don’t get it - like, half the people in the the class will be doing something wrong, and he doesn’t seem to consider that it has more to do with how clear his instructions are than our ability to follow them. I’ve had this experience twice with him. Basically, he needs to be clearer. And it wouldn’t hurt if he were also less of a jerk.

What is ClassPass?
