About this studio

Barry’s is an hour-long cardio and strength-building workout designed to help your body burn up to 1,000 calories thanks to their carefully crafted program that is as effective as it is fun. Their clients spend 25-30 minutes running on the treadmill and 25-30 minutes doing strength training, broken into rounds. 559-2721

How to prepare

Please note that Barry's sometimes has to change their instructors. In order to remain updated, please make sure you subscribe to the Barry's newsletter in your Barry's Bootcamp account. If this is your first time taking a class at Barry's Bootcamp, you now have an account with their website! If you want access your account, go to, click on "Sign In" then "Forgot your password?" A password reset email will be sent to the email address you used to reserve!

How to get there

You must be physically present 5 minutes prior to the start of class or your spot will be given away to waitlisted clients and you will be charged for the class.

Loved it. Moved pretty fast so you have to be alert but the work out is undeniable.

Great workout and was able to run faster than ever, but I think the initial pacing was very intense, think it was like 3 min sprints to start. Rest of tread sets were better paced

I usually love Barrys but this class did not feel well organized or planned. Ex. floor sequences were not announced or demonstrated by instructor before starting sequence (resulting in mass confusion), Run intervals not announced or thought out-started at jog pace (5-7), then was told to increase by 1 point every few minutes four times but not reach sprint pace, then add elevation- as a pretty fast female runner, I started at 7, went up to 11 (5:45/min = sprint pace, NOT possible to add elevation)

great workout with jake. however, i always hesitate coming to this location bc the red lighted directed at the mirrors are blinding and harsh on the eyes. i also think some of the treadmills are on a slant.

This teacher is lackluster & the class was truly disappointing. Of all the instructors Ive had at Barrys, he stands out for having the weakest class and lack of enthusiasm. Feels like hes been doing this for too long/over his job. If possible, avoid wasting an hour in his class.
