Barry's Bootcamp is designed to give you the best cardio and strength training in the world. Motivated by their expert instructors and their upbeat music, you spend 30 minutes on a treadmill and 30 minutes strength training followed by a brief stretch.barrysbootcamp.com(857) 350-4019

How to prepare
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class or risk forfeiting your spot to someone on the waitlist. You will be randomly assigned a spot on the treadmill or the floor at the studio’s discretion.
