Barry's Bootcamp is designed to give you the best cardio and strength training in the world. Motivated by their expert instructors and their upbeat music, you spend 30 minutes on a treadmill and 30 minutes strength training followed by a brief stretch.

How to prepare

All first time visitors must create an account directly through www.barrysbootcamp.com and sign their waiver Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class or risk forfeiting your spot to someone on the waitlist. You will be randomly assigned a spot on the treadmill or the floor at the studio’s discretion. Thank you for understanding. The studio is unable to alter reservations to a different time or day. Kelly makes you feel like you can do anything! Great atmosphere and good beats, too.

Yikes. This instructor was just not good. Low energy, terrible music, sub-par routine, and demonstrated exercises for like 5 seconds...and LOUD. No high fives at the end, just seemed like she didn't want to be there. Bummed I wasted credits on this, normally Barry's is my favorite class!

Im destroyed... so another successful Barrys class! Also, Ashley is adorable and so sweet, highly recommend!

Floor cues were great but the treadmill cues could have been better. Overall good class!

I dont really understand why this class is so many credits. Dont get me wrong, its goodthe lights, the music, you get a solid sweat on, but at 12 credits...their deal rate (opposed to the usual 19), I would expect it to be the best hour long in back bay and for me its not.

What is ClassPass?
