About this studio

Barry's Bootcamp is designed to give you the best cardio and strength training in the world. Motivated by their expert instructors and their upbeat music, you spend 30 minutes on a treadmill and 30 minutes strength training followed by a brief stretch. 857 350 4019

How to prepare

All first time visitors must create an account directly through and sign their waiver Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class or risk forfeiting your spot to someone on the waitlist. You will be randomly assigned a spot on the treadmill or the floor at the studio’s discretion. Thank you for understanding. The studio is unable to alter reservations to a different time or day. Great class but honestly don’t think this is open level. This was brutally tough — if you’re in good shape already, this is the class for you! If you’re just getting into it, would not recommend

Need better 1:1 instruction for form during floor. Otherwise awesome class! Endorphin rush!

It was very upbeat and fun. I didn’t love it but I would go back. I haven’t been to the gym in over a year and this was my first jump back into fitness. I wouldn’t recommend following my steps because this class the instructor is walking around and if you’re not used to working out you can feel lost and like you’re doing work outs wrong. Maybe after I continue to work out regularly I’ll grow to love it.

Kate is so intense. Her classes are definitely doable, though, so don’t give up!

What is ClassPass?
