Barry's Bootcamp is designed to give you the best cardio and strength training in the world. Motivated by their expert instructors and their upbeat music, you spend 30 minutes on a treadmill and 30 minutes strength training followed by a brief stretch.

How to prepare

All first time visitors must create an account directly through www.barrysbootcamp.com and sign their waiver Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class or risk forfeiting your spot to someone on the waitlist. You will be randomly assigned a spot on the treadmill or the floor at the studio’s discretion. Thank you for understanding. The studio is unable to alter reservations to a different time or day. Great workout. I loved the sprints on the treadmill. I’m not a first timer, but sometimes the instructions for the floor exercises were unclear or hard to follow. But overall, loved it!

Kelly never misses a beat! Efficient, challenging and effective. Take her class if you haven’t because you’re missing out!!!

Harley is amazing! I don’t usually love cardio but the treadmill portion of chest back and abs was perfectly paced and felt necessary. Harley made you trust with him a great voice, great control, and great pacing. High recommendation.

Instructor & class are great but the class was 38 mins...I used 19 credits for the class so was expecting the full 50. Very frustrating.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
