How to prepare

Bring a water bottle and socks. Handtowels are available at the studio for free. There are clean lender socks and socks are also available for purchase. Studio also has a water bottle refill and changing rooms.

Not as hard I wish it was. Too short.

Make sure you’re changed before you arrive, the ‘changing rooms’ are tiny and not that private. The class was challenging. Wouldn’t recommend if it’s your first ever barre class

Teacher was lovely and has a strong following, but I personally found the workout itself too easy, low energy, and unoriginal.

What is ClassPass?
