Therapeutic Yoga - drop in with Leanora
Indeed therapeutic. Wandered over to Pauli Gee's - a pizza joint converted from a speak easy!
Intermediate Hatha Yoga- drop in with Mina
Wonderful. A reflective as well as challenging class.
Intermediate Vinyasa Flow - drop in with Deborah
Deborah is an exceptional teacher with a unique style. You can sense her background as a dance therapist. Expect your practice to be refreshed with new experiences that, while true to the Vinyasa Yoga most are used to, expand your heart to the unknown and what is possible.
Gentle Breath and Body Yoga ~ drop in with Jennifer
Good class, but it was very cold in the studio
Gentle Breath and Body Yoga ~ drop in with Jennifer
Nice, slow. Good for opening up
Intermediate Hatha Yoga - drop in with Courtney
I couldn't find the entrance!
Intermediate Vinyasa Flow - drop in with Karla
This class had a sub who evidently did not understand that it was supposed to be a VINYASA class at the Intermediate level. She taught it like it was a Beginner stretching class and was just incredibly annoying and full of it. A shame because Debra, the usual instructor, is top-notch.
Therapeutic Yoga - drop in with Mira
This class was perfect for a beginner. Eased into postures with lots of adaptation options, individualized attention and adjustments as needed.
Mixed Level Hatha - drop in with Jennifer
Everything was wonderful except I couldn't hear Jen during corpse pose, she was speaking so softly!
Intermediate Vinyasa Flow - drop in with Deborah
What a lovely way to wind down a Monday. I enjoyed every moment of this class. It was slower moving than I originally anticipated but I really appreciated that, actually. Great group of people. Friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Hard to beat that :)
