BalletMet offers a variety of dance fitness classes for all levels. Progress at your own pace while receiving exceptional instruction. There is parking behind our building as well as on street metered parking. We look forward to seeing you in class.

Drop In Ballet Intro Class
Bring ballet slippers! The notes didn't say you needed them, but it was difficult to follow along in socks. Staff was all very friendly and so welcoming. I was really intimidated at first, but the class was fairly easy to follow along with, despite my lack of any dance experience. You won't work up a sweat in this class, but it's a really fun fundamentals class.

Fun and rhythmic!
Open Ballet Beginning/Intermediate
Fun class but most definitely not for beginners or those who haven't danced in a while
BalletMet Barre Workout
This class is great! The instructor Janet was good at explaining the movements and very encouraging. It is a bit less intense than something like pure barre or barre3, but still challenging. You do need to bring your own yoga mat and 1-2 lb hand weights if you want them!

What is ClassPass?

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
