How to prepare
For your first class, please arrive 10-15 prior to class. Wear comfortable pants and tshirt (no shorts or jeans allowed). Late-comers will not be allowed to join. Please bring a water bottle or you may purchase one from the studio.
How to get there
We are located on the second floor. There is free parking along residential streets and paid parking right on St Clair Avenue.
