Outdoor Sunrise Vinyasa with Joanna
The instructor was lovely, and I was very relaxed. She provided hands-on correction, and was open to personal modifications. The class overlooked a beautiful tree lined street, I got to watch the sun rise up, and they provided water as a courtesy. I will be back to check out other classes.
