About this studio
Atlas Mobile Gym brings the gym to you, offering cutting-edge personal training and fitness classes. Atlas has a knowledgeable staff, top-of the line equipment and a supportive environment to help you identify and achieve your goals. You’ll receive comprehensive training composed of core fitness principles, as well as creative and challenging exercises—with special care paid towards advancing your personal fitness level while preventing injury. Their two most popular classes include a TRX Core Blaster class that focuses on core/stability training, and a circuit-based Bootcamp that helps to build strength & endurance. Classes are one hour in length and are programmed to cater to all fitness levels and abilities. How to prepare
What to bring: Yourself & a water bottle (there is typically a cooler full of water as well)! Please wear comfortable workout clothing and well supported gym shoes. Everything else is provided: mats, equipment, music, and good vibes!
How to get there
There are two main locations in which classes are held (exact locations may vary): 1.) Liberty Station UTC Park: Right off of Cushing Road, across from the Point Loma Sports Club. Class is held on the green, only a few feet away from the parking lot! 2.) Balboa Park: Classes are held on the corner of Balboa Drive & Juniper Avenue (If you search the Haunted Trail of Balboa Park in your GPS, you'll be there)! If the class location changes slightly (up a block or two), AMG will communicate this via email or text to all those who are signed up!

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
