About this studio

At One Fitness is a state of the art facility with top of the line cardio, strength and martial arts training equipment. They specialize in fitness designed for boxing and Muay Thai classes. Come get a real workout at At One Fitness, which has a full-size boxing ring, a 1300 sq.ft. aerobic room with a sprung hardwood floor, an outdoor training area, fitness and martial arts classes, showers and towel service, free parking, and more. They are a friendly community, providing all of your fitness needs “At One” location.

How to prepare

Please bring comfortable, workout clothes and a water bottle (there is water available for sale, just in case). For the Boxing for Fitness, Muay Thai for Fitness, and All-In-One, please bring your own gloves or gloves are available at the front desk for purchase.

How to get there

At One Fitness is located at 11116 Weddington Street in North Hollywood, CA. Free Parking is available on site and in the Art Institute parking structure on the 5th Floor. Transit– The studio is located 1 block from MTA Red Line Subway which connects to Hollywood and Downtown LA and, 1 block from MTA Orange Bus Line which connects North Hollywood directly to Warner Center.

Good class for beginners, esp if youre a fan of hip-hop. The intensity level was a little low for me, personally, so it didnt get my heart rate up as much as I would have liked.

What is ClassPass?
