About this studio

Aspire Strength and Wellness is a Fitness Coaching Facility with a team that creates a positive, motivating, results-driven environment that will challenge and change you while having a blast doing it. They understand that every individual is different, they believe in principles and progressions rather than fads and methods. That is why every single one of their clients goes through a series of assessments to customize their training programs. The group classes are limited to 16 individuals per class.

How to prepare

Please wear comfortable active wear and well supported athletic shoes. We have a water dispenser, you just need a water bottle or cup.

Aspire Strength and Wellness is located at 2130 10th St in Sacramento, CA. There is a parking lot behind the building for our members and guest.

Excellent strength training class!

Excellent class! Great traditional strength training session with John. This class was a full upper body workout and while it did not have a focus on cardio, it was an amazing workout and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for small groups and focus on improving strength

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
