About this studio

Full-body, core functional workouts in our holistically inspired boutique studio offer a blend of; power, strength, core and cardio specifically designed to increase strength and stamina while tightening and toning the body. Our sessions are for our intermediate to advanced "everyday athlete." With special attention to form and individualized attention, your invigorating, fun and safe workout will keep you coming back for more! TO A HIGHER LEVEL!

How to prepare

For first time students, please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and acquaint yourself with our beautiful studio. Please remember to bring either tennis shoes or other athletic shoe of your preference. Towels are provided as well as filtered water and organic apples. Please wear comfortable athletic clothing; women- stretch pants and fitted top; men - gym shorts/pants and shirt. Please note our classes start on time and we have a 10 minute grace period for tardy students. Please make sure to arrive accordingly as it can be disruptive.

How to get there

2415 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94110. Right on Mission and 20th, next door to Laundre cafe. You can't miss it! We are halfway in between the 24th and 16th st bart stops.

Super nice and interactive instructor. Cares about doing exercises correctly. Fun exercising with a partner. Felt like we spent a bit too much time learning the 3 new exercises for each round. Likely just personal preference.

Daniel was extremely knowledgeable of correct form. Even though there were about 11 of us, he still gives attention when needed. I love the community and vibe here. This was a class with partners so make sure to choose someone at your strength level!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
