Love that it's a small class! Yoga has been my jam so my body was new to strength training. Jaime's class was challenging but not intimidating. Great space to push my body without feeling judged. Great attention to form. Will be back!

Great class. Moses was our instructor and very helpful and knowledgeable about exercise and the body. Only downside was that we stretched for more than 25 minutes at the beginning and ran out of time for the actual workout.
