Very calm and slow yoga. Small class in a spiritual center.
Restorative Yoga with Bhawani
Beautiful studio. Sunday night Restorative was a perfect way to wind down the weekend. She even tucked us in and had eye pillows.

Loved the class! Very inviting and relaxing. I left feeling amazing.
Inner Bliss Yoga with Suman
Suman was absolutely wonderful and a tremendous blessing. My friend had never attended a yoga class before and was positively terrified before going. He left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Id practice here all the time if I lived in Palo Alto!
