About this studio

Amy V. Fitness provides Barre Above and PiYo classes in Beaverton, OR. Our studio provides users with fun, high-energy and effective classes. All classes are suitable for all fitness levels, I will demonstrate all modifications and provide hands-on, informative directions. I aim to have class participants leave the studio feeling rejuvenated with a sense of great accomplishment.

How to prepare

Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes you can move freely in. New participants please arrive 15 minutes early to class to have time to check in and sign the waiver. Please bring a yoga mat for Barre and PiYo classes and grip socks are suggested for Barre class. Loaner yoga mats are available for use and grip socks are available for purchase.

The instructor could not have been more welcoming and a friendly group of regulars made me feel right at home! I really enjoyed the class ????

This was an upbeat class with the friendliest people I've ever met in a group exercise class. Amy introduced herself to us newbies personally before the class and during the workout all the other students were friendly, welcoming and encouraging. A good workout that I'd recommend highly for anyone who's nervous about going to a new class alone.

What is ClassPass?
