Once you have reserved, you already have a FitMetrix account used to track and display your heart-rate during class! Please go to http://arhfitness.com/account/ and click "forgot password," and enter your ClassPass account email to reset your password and login to your account.

How to get there

Please make sure to arrive 15 minutes before class, so that you can be set up with your heart monitor and oriented to the equipment.

Optimize Upper Body & Abs with Cara
This was a very efficient class. We started and ended on time. It’s a lift at your own risk class so you can easily choose the weight guy want to complete the reps. Me and my wife enjoyed it. It was a very good evening burn.

This class was not what it was advertised to be. It was supposed to be rowing but was circuits or stations or whatever the correct gymology term is. I enjoyed it since it was something I’ve never done and that was the point of my joining Class Pass. It was a good workout. I was disappointed I didn’t get to row.

Great class but just be aware there is no locker room or place to comfortably change clothes.

I LOVED this class and instructor! The class was great and loved the walk through Audrey did to show what to do at each station! I do wish the class was another 30 minutes longer! Nonetheless, I can’t wait for my second class!

The median age group is 50+ and we never used the Rowing machines. Very disappointed in this class & will not be joining again.

Great workout! Audrey is a seriously good instructor. Just enough push to help complete the workout without being drill sergeant. 45 minute workout but feels much shorter due to entertaining instructing. Just go, you won’t regret it!

New instructor was great and even did the workout with us! Encouraging and gave pointers on form throughout the class. Challenging class no matter your level!

What is ClassPass?
