About this studio
Ambition Fitness is trailblazing a new kind of the women's fitness studio. Their goal is to take the intimidation out of weights by offering strength training classes and nutrition solutions to help women get control of their health and physique. Their classes teach women how to effectively use weights and proper form to build muscle while burning fat, while their macros courses help take the guessing out of eating healthy. How to prepare
Just bring yourself and a water bottle! One of the best things about strength training is that it's accommodating for all fitness levels. Meaning if you're a beginner, their workouts can be scaled down to body weight. If you're farther along in your fitness journey, they can increase the resistance and intensity to keep you just as challenged. Using weights makes your workouts incredibly personalized, giving you control of the challenge and pace.
How to get there
Their studio is located inside of St. Matthews Station on the first floor. If you know where Molly Malone's is, then you know exactly where they are! They're in the same building and you'll see their sign from Breckinridge Lane. The three entrances you can access them through are by Molly Malone's, Fleet Feet, and Saints. Walk into the big main hallway and you can't miss it! There's lots of parking at the building, but during particularly busy times, you can also park across Shelbyville Road in the lot between Tin Roof and Sullivan's.
