About this studio

Workouts don't have to be boring anymore with these fun and effective circus-inspired fitness classes! Each and every workout is unique and exciting. Choose from a wide variety of classes including aerial yoga, aerial silks, pole fitness and more. Aerial fitness classes sculpt long, lean dancer's muscles and you can burn 500 calories or more an hour. From true beginners to the more advanced, we provide a safety-first environment for you to enjoy your workouts.

How to prepare

Every class: - Bring water!! - Bring your smile!! - Be ready to do amazing things!! Pole Fitness: - Wear tank top and shorts - Bring workout leggings, knee pads Aerial Fitness: - Wear workout leggings - Wear a snug-fitting shirt (with at least short sleeves recommended)

Physical Address: 1800 Justin Rd, Suite 1830A, Highland Village, TX 75077 Altitude Fitness is located in the shopping center on the corner of Justin Rd and Sellmeyer Rd. We don't have a large building sign but we have beautiful outside windows to help you find us. Look for us just to the right of Dogtopia.

Instructor/owner wasn't the best instructor in terms of breaking down the steps and helping beginners. The moves seem to be the same week over week. Warm up was sufficient and music was good but the studio was very cold.

Hi! Thank you for your great feedback! We will definitely work on ensuring our pole 1 instructors break down the steps for our beginners. We try to make sure all of our students get the right amount of attention whether it's their first or fourth visit so if we missed the mark during your class, we apologize! Because of the type of classes we teach, we do tend to go over the basics quite often...it's because we are focused on safety first and making sure everyone in class has something strong to build on for the hard stuff. Our instructors do teach progressions so that everyone feels challenged every class but still get to work at their own pace and perfect all the tricks we teach. We do tend to keep our studio a little on the cold side...but it's because once we start 'glittering', it's super hard to stick to the pole (and the reverse is true on fabrics)! :-)

What is ClassPass?
