About this studio
Ailsa Burns has practised yoga for almost ten years now and is passionate about sharing the mental and physical benefits of yoga with others. Yoga is not simply a physical movement of the body; it is a form of moving meditation, a tool for stress relief and a practise to help you manage your mind. Ailsa's practice has brought her greater clarity with her thoughts, greater meaning to her life and also, a greater appreciation and understanding of life. How to prepare
Please wear comfortable yoga or exercise clothes. Wearing slightly form-fitting clothing is advised so that the instructor may provide alignment cues and corrections.
