Ballet Barre
Lovely class
Gym Time
Excellent
Hatha Yoga
I was the only person in the class and she tailored it to me which I appreciated. Really liked Robin and I look forward to attending another one of her classes soon
Gym Time
Incredible facility, clean, friendly staff, quiet (no blasting music), no need to bring your own lock, all the essential cardio and workout equipment, a sauna. Overall wonderful experience!
Pilates Fusion
Rachel was kind, attentive, and helpful.
Gym Time
It was great
Gym Time
Signed up for the wrong one by mistake in ClassPass and they wouldnt let me switch to the class or just pay for it before the class started. They could have handled the situation differently. It was a waste of time to go.
Pilates Fusion
this class is often covered by a sub named Irving. he's ok, it's a good workout.
Hatha Yoga
This class is for beginners. Instructor was good at explaining poses but it is super slow moving.
Gym Time
The staff was very friendly and the facility had some great extras like lockers, towels, showers and a steam room. I was a bit disappointed in the lack of Olympic weight bars and available areas to do a full body workout. The gym was a bit cramped. But I was able to get my workout and shower in nonetheless !
