The incline walking is the perfect challenge and I worked up such a good sweat and burn while not destroying my joints/lower body from running/sprints. The class was the right amount of challenging, the room was hot, the instructor gave good prompts and adjustments for those who wanted. The room energy and vibe was on point. Be prepared to sweat.     You need a towel for your mat if you're going to this class! This room is hotter and more humid than any hot yoga/pilates studio I've been to. Even with the "slower" movements, I was dripping in sweat. It was a bit difficult to see and understand some of what was going on during the first explanation, but it was helpful when the instructor came around to show us the movements during the set. I felt very taken care of here from the sign in to the cold towel at the end. Will be back!

    It was a killer workout the instructor was good I am shaking my muscles were burning so much (in a good way). Helps a lot to sit near someone who is more advanced because then you can watch to see what they're doing because sometimes the moves can be a tad confusing if you've never been before. The front desk staff was honestly pretty unfriendly and unwelcoming which is okay just can be hard to go to a new studio and try something new and not get a friendly welcoming. It was early and it might have just been an off day but it just turned me off the studio a bit and more towards the other locations.
