About this studio

9Round is a 30-Min full body kickboxing workout, that includes cardio and resistance training. All of our workouts include a personal trainer that will guide and motivate you every step of the way and the workout changes everyday!

How to prepare

Please wear indoor sneakers and bring gloves and wraps if you own them. If not, they will loan you a pair of house gloves.

Just north of Queen on the east side of Carlaw Ave.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
