About this studio

9Round is a specialized fitness center for people who want a unique, fun and proven workout that guarantees results. 9Round offers a kickboxing themed fitness program that incorporates functional, interval, cardiovascular and circuit training regimens. The programs consist of a proprietary system of nine challenging workout stations developed by a world champion kickboxer.

It was a short but very intense cardio workout. Though super fast paced, I felt like the intensity was perfect throughout. Short and sweet you’re in and out in 30 minutes. Wished I knew the structure of it or what to do before I got to each station.

Love this class! In just 30 min I get a full body workout and it’s as if I have a personal trainer guiding and motivating me the entire time. Phenomenal workout and good value. It has re-inspired me to start working out daily.

I didn’t look up the studio so didn’t know what to expect but kicked my butt! Pros: no specific class times, short so you don’t get bored or burnt out, stations workout=variety, small classes, instructors come around a lot to kick it up a notch and we’re sooo welcoming! cons: as a person new to kickboxing it would have been nice to have a video/picture at each station to see proper form more, a lot of it is pushing yourself which is personally not my best trait. Overall great workout, great staff/vibe, I love that it’s short and will fit into all schedules- I will def be back!

Please feel free to ask about specific form as our trainers are always happy to help and if you would like more of a push, the trainers are always happy to accommodate there as well - just let us know. During a first time workout we are assessing how much to push so feel free to say you want more! Looking forward to having you back!

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
