With small class sizes you are getting personal training every time you walk in. -Are you an endurance athlete? Try 614Worx- built specifically for you to get faster to the finish line with strength, plyo and mobility movements -Pilates, Yoga, & HIIT classes for all fitness levels -Love heavy lifting? Try the strength classes built around barbells and kettlebells. -Less intense? 614Zone is for you- heart rate zone 2 class will burn fat The small group team atmosphere will keep you motivated/ the constant variety of workouts will challenge your fitness/ the personal training will get you results

How to prepare

Be sure to come prepared with a towel, water bottle, and a kick ass attitude for every class. They have cubbies to store your personal items, shower if you need to get to work after your workout and plenty of parking right out front!

Really nice instructor, but should have been listed as beginner or basic. Wasn't a very vigorous workout.

The people here are so friendly! But unfortunately the workout was pretty slow and boring. I think that could be fixed because the instructor clearly knew what she was talking about.

The instructor and fellow classmates were super friendly and enjoyable to be in class with, but the class itself was very easy. This would be a great if it were advertised as a beginner class.

I really liked the partner work out! Great motivation to keep pushing when your partner is encouraging you. Felt really welcomed here for my first class. Would highly recommend!
SGT with Josh
This session was focused on Balance, so it wasnt the workout I was expecting. Josh is great; just wanted a workout that would get my heart rate up.
Yogalates Mat Class with Carolyn
firstly, I really liked the studio. They have a lot of classes and everyone knew each other which was cool. If you are looking for a beginners pilates class this would be great. But if you have done Pilates a lot this was not the most challenging class. But great environment and awesome staff!

The group is very close-knit and welcoming. The instructor even waited for me outside and walked me in. The stretching is what I needed
FunkYin Yoga with Carolyn
Relaxing, low-key class. More focused on stretching than strength. Good for beginners or recovery. Friendly crowd, mostly middle-aged ladies, who have conversation and banter during class. Class ended with a 5-minute shavasana (lying down) and the instructor gave each person a head rub with peppermint oil on her wrists. Class ended with namaste, m-f-ers which I loved.

Static stretching with long holds. Helped shake out my soreness after a weekend of classes, also a beginner-friendly class. If you prefer to stretch out warm muscles, plan to warm up on your own because the class moves right into stretching. Checkin paperwork is on the trainers phone, so dont be alarmed if you walk in and theres nobody at reception, the trainer will get to you. Nice folks, mix of fitness levels, easy to talk to. There was a cycling class going on at the same time and they were playing loud high-energy music, which felt weird for a stretching class. I gathered that they usually play more mellow stuff during the stretching class. A classmate said if I like this class, I should try the Yin yoga classes at 614fitness because theyre more stretching than strength, nice and low key.

What is ClassPass?
