Push It Plyo
Could not find this studio for the life of me. I looked for 20 minutes, called, tried to email. Could not find it
Plyo Boxing
Ownership has changed of this gym and this was no longer a class and instead was a personal training session which was great! The personal trainer was great and personalized the workout for me. I believe theyre planning on getting off class pass soon, so sign up if you can! (Although I do believe they do a free trial training for first time clients so you might be able to do that too?)
Break of Dawn Bootcamp
The trainer shows a lot attention to detail on this class, I recommend.
Night Sweat!
It was night. It was a lot of sweat. Nuff said.
Afterwork Fitness Jam
they are no longer teaching classes at this location
Krav Maga Self Defense
Two stars for the potential of the class this could be good content. This class appears to be just starting so Id imagine (and hope) it will improve in time. The instructor seemed to be a substitute (?) so any issues with them may be mute. However one shouldn't endeavor to actually strike someone in the eye while demonstrating any technique. I can roll with that but more care would have been appreciated and appropriate. I'll offer a level of trust with an instructor but I expect their care. With only one other participant who had no experience it was Very basic stuff.
Krav Maga Self Defense
Not what I was expecting. I was expecting this class to be more of a workout, while learning different techniques. Instead, it was more of an instructional introduction that went over just a few basics. Everyone was nice, and the instructor was well-meaning, but it was disappointing.
