Please come ready in your workout gear and a water bottle and towel. Be prepared to sweat. They will provide you with boxing gloves, inners and a good dose of motivation.

A good workout and great trainer, but you will need to go a few times to get the hang of each exercise. If it’s your first time, the trainer needs to go through each exercise which can eat into the 3 mins.

What is ClassPass?
