Inspire needs to look at their policies regarding towels and mats though, it’s embarrassing to gatekeep a towel. You charge the same as studios around DIFC yet they provide all necessary equipment including toiletries.

see all reviewsI loved this class, although I’m used to the amazing booty and abs class by Anastasia also. This is at the same level. The intensity of the class is a bit lower than the booty and abs class but it is the perfect combination of intensity, pace and stretching. Definitely take this class with Anastasia . I love all the trainers but the classes with Anastasia are just perfect and makes you feel so energized without overwhelming you.
