see all reviewsEric taught one of the best Y7 and hot yoga classes I’ve ever taken. He had a great flow, great music and I sweat my body weight off, which is what I like when I go there . Sometimes the instructors don’t turn the heat up or have a challenging class. The way he explained the poses and taught the class showed how knowledgeable in yoga / group exercise, and how much he loved teaching. That class. I will definitely be back to take his class!

see all reviewsElinor was great! This was an advance class but she created an environment that was not intimated and warm and made me feel like I belonged; trust me my yoga skills do more belong in an advanced class lol I also learned a lot about myself and capabilities. I recommend to anyone.
