    WeFlowHard® Vinyasa

Eric taught one of the best Y7 and hot yoga classes I’ve ever taken. He had a great flow, great music and I sweat my body weight off, which is what I like when I go there . Sometimes the instructors don’t turn the heat up or have a challenging class. The way he explained the poses and taught the class showed how knowledgeable in yoga / group exercise, and how much he loved teaching. That class. I will definitely be back to take his class!

Hot Vinyasa All Levels (In Studio Class)

I can’t remember if I’ve ever done hot yoga before but I loved this! I took it super easy and was certainly on the more beginner side/taking advantage of all the modifications, but was excited by all the ways my body would grow & improve if I keep up this practice. I will be back!

FTF - First-Timer Friday NYC: format

I ended up being the only one in the class which I was very self conscious about having a 1:1 (as I prefer group workout class settings) but Courtney was great! She made me feel very comfortable and was extremely patient with me while providing constructive feedback. She took time to work on little details that can help improve my practice in the future. She’s encouraging and very helpful. I definitely recommend! 😊
