    Loved the class setup and flow. 12 min on treadmill, 12 min on floor with bodyweight or dumbbell movements, 12 on treadmill, 12 on floor. Good music, great facility, but be prepared for lots of motivational speeches and “look within yourself and why you came here” talks.

    Total Body Circuit

    Great total body workout and the class goes by very fast. Mix of cardio and strength. Expect to do 5 min of cardio on a helix elliptical machine (2 times total throughout class), 5 min of cardio on a ski erg (2 times total throughout class), 5 min of strength work with body weight or weights 4 times.
