    If you love to run and want to be challenged this is the best class in New York. Aminah’s programs are challenging but doable. Everything is so thought out that it pushes you hard but always to the point where you can finish. i have gotten significantly faster since ive started going to her classes. her strenghth is also so solid. You can trust her to give you a good time, cue everything perfectly (out of the 30+ classes I’ve taken with her she has never messed up, and never once repeated a class) and play songs that make you want to work sing and smile. I have the time of my life in her classes and she has helped me reach all my goals. She is also SO NICE AND FUNNY. THANK YOU AMINAH ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    Taylor was awesome. It was my first time taking her class and she was attentive. She's easy to talk to, and I felt comfortable. She also took the time after class to answer my questions and even help me with my form! Will definitely sign up again for her class!
