    BLUEPRINT (BLUE ROOM)

This was my first time taking a blueprint class and I’m so glad I did! It was just the right amount of intensity where I felt challenged, accomplished and ready to start my day on a positive high. Nicky is so kind, positive, and most importantly, a knowledgeable instructor. She corrected my form a couple of times on exercises that I now realize I had been doing wrong for years! It’s so important to have an instructor who pays attention to the details. Thank you Nicky! You rock!

Great class! The studio was nice and clean and everyone was so friendly. There is a parking lot which is a plus for this area. Zeke was a fun energetic coach and I’m excited to come back again next week for round two!

    Boxing Class

Wow…is truly the only word I have to say… Coming from Boston and having tried all the super intense workouts out there (Barry’s, Soul Cycle, Orange Theory, etc.), this boxing session with Abdel was THE MOST challenging/ intense workout I’ve ever done in my life! Abdel was so encouraging and pushed me literally to my limits (my soul has truly left my body)- LOVED LOVED LOVED it:) … although my arms & core may have cried a little after…Highly recommend!

Anthony’s a great teacher; he was nice about correcting my form and I liked the class format (warm up, taking turns on the bag, and exercising as a group in a circle) 10/10 would visit again :)

Great cardio workout. Was not what I expected. The instructor/owner, Steve, was more like a DJ in the back watching us as he counted reps and gave us the next moves. Since it was my first class, I basically watched the other four women around me to understand what the moves were and how to do them. I liked that there was mirrors to check yourself and that we used the bags for a part of the class. Music kept the tempo up and I worked up a sweat during this hour. I would recommend this just for fun not for technical knowledge. The gym had a restroom and no shower, only some hangers for your clothes and bags. The amenities were lots of phone chargers and tea or coffee if you liked in the front lobby.
