It was just the right amount of intensity where I felt challenged, accomplished and ready to start my day on a positive high. Nicky is so kind, positive, and most importantly, a knowledgeable instructor. She corrected my form a couple of times on exercises that I now realize I had been doing wrong for years! The 30/30 split felt great as I was able to get cardio and strength at the same time. Both were definitely challenging! The space is so clean, staff is super friendly and the treadmills are really great quality — not like your typical treadmill at the gym. I don’t think there’s anywhere in North Jersey like Juma!
