I found some of the inspirational talk a bit much but it worked. Would’ve enjoyed some more abs worked in too. The room felt a little cool and the music a bit quiet. Overall a great class though!

The class was the right amount of challenging, the room was hot, the instructor gave good prompts and adjustments for those who wanted. The room energy and vibe was on point. Be prepared to sweat. We worked up to dancer and bow. Great class to deepen your practice with regressions offered throughout the class if needed. Would definitely take again, perfect for a Friday

Sometimes in some of the work out classes I've attended in other places, instructors tend to be less helpful to people that they don't know but I never felt in that way with Jamie and Form Body Lab. He was helpful with everyone!

Whether you’re a beginner or relatively active to begin with what makes this class great is that Miriam provides modifications so that you can access the class and benefit from it regardless of any limitations you may have. On the flipside, you can also make it as challenging as you’d like as well. Thanks for the great instructing! ❤️👌🏻

see all reviewsI didn’t take the class - couldn’t find it. I used the gym and learned there was a whole downstairs as I tried to leave - maybe it was there. As I got into the reception a patron was complaining about poor ventilation and I noticed the same. The conditions are so so there. I didn’t feel it was all that clean and the equipment wasn’t re wracked it was all over the place. Some patrons were doing a lot of grunting that bordered my tolerance. The front desk was not familiar with class pass either. It’s ok but not great. Can’t speak to the class - there was an empty studio upstairs that had bikes and little weights.
