    Hot Fast & Furious (Level 2/3)

    Always love Melanie’s classes. That being said, it is my opinion that the studio was beyond capacity today, especially considering the fact that this was a fast & furious class. A lot of heavy mouth breathers, people moving around outside of their squares, etc. At other oxygen studios, there is a request that people try as best as possible to refrain from moving their arms too much or breathing out of their mouth. In a room that was as full as it was today, I think that’s the least that should be requested of people if the capacity will stay the same.
