I'd say if you haven't done pilates or Barre before it would be a little hard to follow since you can't really see the instructor because of the candlelit setting (which I loved!) but if you have then give this class a try! loved the vibe and can't wait for the room to be heated again post covid

    Hot Fire Flow & Chill (Level 1/2/3)

    I enjoyed that this class had a little bit of everything. We started with high energy, more intense exercises, then moved to some yoga flow, and finished with some deep stretches and a nice long guided meditation. Definitely left the glass feeling amazing, but wish there had been more cues for level ones. I got lost a few times and if I was a total beginner I would probably not have enjoyed it.

    I love this studio, it’s my #1. One thing that I truly appreciate about this studio that I haven’t seen anywhere else is that every class begins with a “check-in”. Everyone is given the chance to say their name and answer an ice breaker question which has been really amazing for building a sense of community and togetherness. It encourages you to put in that much more of yourself and your energy into the class, because you start to build bonds with familiar faces the more you go!
