At this point in my life, if I do not go to this class at least once a week, I am a ball of anxiety and stress. Katie knows exactly what to say, and when to say it while still giving us time to be inside our bodies. The music makes me feel like I’m in a fantasy movie. Her “pushies” / assistance with getting in pose is what I look forward to the most in this class. I finally feel like I’m starting to get my cheerleader flexibility back.

Great change in tone / voice to emphasize moments where I need to be reminded that I can do anything. Left like a sweaty, happy puddle of joy 💧 namaste
