Also, Nicole deserves recognition for her commitment as an instructor. I really love that she diligently demos her exercises, even the simple ones such as squats and burpees to show the class the right vs wrong form. DEFINITELY coming back for Nicole’s class to have my booty handed over back to moi ✨✨✨
