    I really like this class, 2nd time I’ve been. Mark is engaging, provides good instructions, it’s a challenging class with options for all levels, all the way to very advanced. The best part is that it’s got a community vibe with many regulars. The last 10 min also includes partner work which adds to this. Always leave feeling like I’ve had a fabulous practice, challenged myself and been a bit social!

    Whenever I’m getting a bit too confident with Pilates I do one of Ash’s classes and am quickly humbled 😂. Super fun and challenging and she switches up the exercises regularly to keep it fresh and interesting. Recommend!
