Teacher doesn’t stop speaking when ambulances or other sirens go by which was frustrating because we couldn’t hear her at all during that part but otherwise great. Full class - tight spaces. Please stay on your own mat and don’t put your feet on your neighbors mats.

The class is indeed slower-paced compared to the studio’s more challenging and advanced Vinyasa Flow, but you still get bone-deep stretching. Perfect for recovery days, fellow athletes and active folks! Dolma’s a stellar instructor. Her voice is soothing, her instructions clear and transparent, and her fluid class structure engages the entire body.
