    CP Cardio Sculpt 1.5 (50 Mins)

    This class is IT. Exactly what I’ve been looking for after finding the basic CP 1.0 class less challenging than I liked. It’s a major workout especially for your lower body and glues. Gets the heart rate up, too. They do about 20-25 mins of jump board pilates straight for the cardio and the stretching at the end is sooooo nice.
