Yo, this class was on a Monday and it is now Saturday and I'm still thinking about how good this yoga class was!! Seriously, one of the best classes I've had in a long time. I've been practicing for over 10 years and don't really get 'yoga stoned' anymore but girl I was flying for the rest of the day after this class! 🤣. if you want a class that is going to focus on getting into every sticky corner so you walk out feeling like jello, you need to take one of Lauren Marsh's yoga classes.

Loved this class. I love that it was a more energized flow, with upbeat music, perfect way to start the week off. I was also sore after wards so it definitely worked out my muscles. Will definitely be back.
