Instructor Simone was awesome, made me feel comfortable and looked out for me throughout my first class. The class was tough, faster pace than I expected, but wow I felt incredible after! Cant wait to come back!!

I did a strength class which included some light weight arm curls, rows, and push press while we continued to cycle. Was a great full body workout, no push ups on the bar or snaking your head back and forth while dipping your upper body on the handlebars (which was nice bc that coordination i feel is hard and takes away from the legs) instead it was cycle plus light weights for the arm portion. Bikes have screens so you’re able to see your miles cycled, RPMs, power, etc. Even got my place and stats at the end of class since it’s all tracked.

If you have limitations, it's good to get there a few mins early to see the exercises before the class. Joshua was very cognizant of that which is awesome. I'd say you'd have to have basic knowledge of proper form before doing these classes, as the trainer isnt only focused on you and the movements can be harmful if not done correctly.
