    Jill did great at giving cues that were easy to follow even when you don't remember the terminology because she described what to do next. It was easy to adjust with the poses to fit your needs for the day and had enough freedom to test and explore the poses a little more. Compared to another CorePower studio I visited, the class quality was good and the only thing I didn't like was the heat scent that lingered in the studio.
