    Zen Hot

Tia was adorable! Really loved this class. Not a traditional flow class (which I was fine with but some folks prefer that) but had challenging postures and some sequences and a nice balance of abs and chill out. Loved it!

    BARRE

I was unsure about SALT as someone who went to many Dailey method classes. I assumed they would be the same, but theyre not. SALT is much harder and faster-paced than Dailey classes were. Sometimes too fast and not enough explanation for beginners but overall I was impressed with this class. Julia was awesome

Loved the treadmill portion! The variety of hills & speedwork made for a great running workout. I didn't love the floor work - felt kind of all over the place. Wicker Park studio is definitely the most intimate.. not much room to get ready before/after.

Isaac is amazing as always!! I found the crowd to be really disrespectful to him when he was trying to explain the bike to everyone. Even if you know what you’re doing respect the people around you who might care to give the instructor well earned attention.

Glenn is the best instructor!! I've been here enough times I do have some minor suggestions/comments. Sometimes depending what station you're at the instructions are difficult to hear and you end up looking around the class for the next move. Also I wish there was more dedicated arm work.

Hands on adjustments and corrections at this studio have taken my yoga to a different level. Classes are always fun and challenging, always with a great start to set our intentions. Melissa is particularly phenomenal, as a highly active person I approximate challenging yoga. She always shows me that my body is stronger than I think!

    Nidra 60 Wicker Park

It's still hot and humid in the room from the previous class, so I recommend not wearing pants or long sleeves. Also, I saw people bringing pillows, bolsters, and other props. At a minimum, I recommend something for under your neck (to take pressure of the back of your head) and something to cover your eyes (a washcloth or sock works fine).

Anna was a great instructor— clear, helpful and kind. The class was a nice workout. I enjoyed that there were props I had never used at other studios before —which enhanced the sculpting and toning exercises. The owner/manager was very welcoming, gave a wonderful tour of their facilities, and helped with props throughout class. This studio is professional and goes above beyond with their customer service. I will be back! ?

The workout was tough in a good way and the instructor was in tune with where everyone was in the workout, despite us all being on different moves. I didn't like that some students chatted with each other the whole hour, but there were enough other serious people to keep me pushing hard.

    d a n s h a u s (@Zen Yoga Garage ANNEX)

Lots of fun, instructors are super upbeat and positive, music is great. I am not a dancer at all, but still had a good time and worked up a sweat even though I likely looked ridiculous most of the time. Being a non-dancer, it was a little difficult to catch on to the routines at times as the instructors basically just danced and you followed along by watching. To make it a little easier, may be nice if they called out a little direction, as simple as right/left etc. But I still enjoyed it and would try it again!
