    I liked the studio. The clientele, though all woman, were of diverse ages. some in their 20's, some in their 60s or 70s and everything in between. it was a small group and half of us did cardio while the other half did weights, in 15 minute increments. There was a trainer giving the people on weights their own individual exercises. We did 5 sets of 3 reps at 40 seconds per rep with 20 seconds in between. The times were constantly called out over the sound system, kind of like Curves (if you have ever done that). However, the trainer did a lot more than staff at Curves do and the group was smaller. I would call this small group personal training meets curves meets Barry's/Orange Theory. I will go back.

But, (I did my flexibility session with Gigi) it felt like a targeted 30 minutes to get my body where I want.
