Hard core. While Chris always offers modifications for all levels if you are there to work this is the class for you! This is not a stretchy Pilates class! This is a strengthen Pilates Class!! I am not saying you wont lengthen in these movements but this is one for results. He does focus on form and breath. Dont worry!

Kourtneys instruction was thorough, clear, and professional. I had seen some reviews of her personality and she is not cheerleader bubbly but I come to workout for excellent and safe instruction and that is what I got! I will say the proof is in the pudding - the fitness level, not just the looks of the other bodies, was impressive. That is very appealing!

Karyl is a great teacher and motivator. Very knowledgeable and sensitive to the people taking her class. Thanks for accommodating my injury and your tips. All the instructors I have had at this studio really work hard to motivate their class. And no over done guilt trips or sense of being in a night club like some other studio . Nice new studio. Great energy, great teacher, the only recommendation I would make is to slow down a bit with the flow. We are supposed to be following our breath with the movement and I take that very seriously, however when I feel rushed to stay on track with he entire group because youre already telling students to go into the next pose, it makes me feel like I have to rush as well so that Im not constantly 1-2 steps behind. I dont think we should all be in the exact same pose at the exact same time because we should all be going with OUR own breath. This is not just specific to this one instructor, I experience this often at other studios

I liked this class a lot. Hiit + weight training. No dilly-dallying. A good hard workout. Only complaint as I’ve said before is that they should offer smaller weights. I think they only go down to 8 pounds and only have like two sets of them so if you have multiple girls in the group it’s pretty tough. I had to do alternative exercises as I literally couldn’t handle any more of the work using 8+ pound weights. Makes it feel like it’s a class intended for dudes ...

    Total Body Reformer Workout

I liked the class a lot Heagan’s moves were a nice routine. Challenging. It was a good full body workout. The 5 stars are for the instructor and class she taught. I do agree with other reviews about the quality of the equipment. The machines are well past their prime, shoulder pads are cracked and every time instructions are given it’s the black machines do one thing and white machines die something else. Both are old.

While a glitch in the system meant the sauna wasn’t hot until 10:30am (but I had a 10am appt) they offered me lymphatic drainage boots and the woman working was very well informed and helpful. The sauna itself was amazing. I had my choice of music or Netflix on an iPad and could control the light colors and temp. I didn’t start sweating til 30ish minutes in, but then it didn’t stop! Lots of compliments on my “glowing skin” the next day. Loved it- worth the credits and opting for the 50 minute.
